Anyone did frozen Embryo Transfer and had a low hcg level at 4weeks and it increased and had healthy pregnancy?

I transferred 2 frozen embryos day 5, at 10dpt did blood test and hcg is 7miu💔💔 do u think there’s still a hope of this pregnancy?

I just lost one at 4w4d in march, i hope i dont lose 2 this time 💔💔
