Married to a narcissist. Needing advice

Is anyone or has anyone here been married to someone who is a genuine narcissist? I am in therapy but ultimately I know I will either have to learn to live with it or leave. I need some solid advice. My life is a living hell and I'm trying everything to make it work.

I saw some signs when we were first together but love blinded me. I thought it would get better. After 11 years it's gotten so much worse. I just don't understand how narcissists have healthy relationships. Anyone have insight?
