Can I lose weight just walking??

Hi beautiful ladies!

So I have 50 pounds to lose. I was running/ walking on a treadmill at the gym, before covid. Since the gym has been closed, I tried going for jogs outside, but for some reason running on the sidewalk hurts my knee (?) probably because of my excess weight. So now I am trying to just walk. I go for 2-3 mile walks twice a day with my double stroller. I am dieting as well, but not really on a specific diet, just cut out junk food, and cutting carbs and calories

Is walking enough to lose 50 pounds??
