Preschool next fall or wait it out?

My daughter is 3 and before covid I was planning on enrolling her in preschool in the fall. The preschool is still enrolling at this time, but I’m concerned about putting her in a situation that puts our family at more risk to contract covid when it’s not totally necessary. I know lots of kids will be going back to school in the fall, but I just feel like because it’s not necessary maybe I should wait to enroll her until next spring?
