FTM inducing labor

Any tips on inducing labor. My doctor is trying to convince me to medically be induced next week at 38 weeks (I don’t want to) *no reason to be* my son is behind on size but not too far

Is there any tips on naturally inducing.

I’ve lost my mucus plug

*no bloody show yet*

Had contractions here and there but not close enough

I’ve tried

• nipple simulation

•sex

•yoga ball

•walking

•nesting
