Twisting while pregnant
I twisted to throw a semi heavy trash bag away in the dumpster, 17 weeks pregnant. My husband is freaking out, and won’t listen to me. Can y’all tell him everything is fine. I don’t do that motion very often and it didn’t feel like it strained my tummy.
