Possible diabetes at 22 yrs old

I went to the doctor over the weekend for what I thought was just a UTI. Urine test showed positive for UTI and also had 250mg glucose in my urine which prompted the doctors to send me for labs today. I got a repeat urinalysis and full blood work to see what’s going on. All of my symptoms that I am just now paying attention to would leave me and my pcp to believe that diabetes is a real possibility. Any words of encouragement or anyone who has diabetes I would love to hear from you
