Letrozole side effects?

Has anyone had any side effects while on Letrozole? I’m having extreme exhaustion like I can hardly drive and keep my eyes open. And today I have a severe headache. I’m on day 4 of taking Letrozole 5mg for 5 days. Just feeling bad and wondering if it’s from Letrozole.

I didn’t have any side effects but these are common side effect of Letrozole.

I def. think it’s from the Letrozole. I just had a call with my OB today asking if breast pain soreness/tenderness what normal as I’m having a whole bunch of it lately being on Letrozole 😩 I also feel fatigue but of course it could be that along with the usual PCOS symptoms

I had the headaches.
Some advice I got was to stay super hydrated.  So for my second letrozole cycle I was constantly refilling my water bottle (and peeing) but it helped with the headaches.

I had severe headaches. Taking it at night helped a bit. Good news is it has a very short half life, so you’ll likely feel better within 24 hours of your last dose.
