Sibling names (UK)

I’m currently pregnant with my second little girl and my other half and I are stuck on names. Our eldest is called Evie and the only name we have thought of that we both really like is Elsie. The only thing I’m really torn on is if Evie and Elsie are just too similar sounding/spelt? I also really love the name Elodie which I don’t think sounds quite so similar to Evie, but my other half isn’t quite as keen! Does Evie & Elsie sound too similar together for siblings?
