Pain in joints after sex. Is it normal?

Whenever my husband and I have had sex recently, I have gotten severe pain in both my left shoulder joint and left knee joint. It usually last half of the day. I love to ride, so I am always on top when this happens. It doesn't happen when he is on top. I haven't been as active because of this self quarantine. Have you ever slept wrong? That's how bad the pain feels. I don't know if this is normal. Is it because I haven't been as active? Is there anything I can do to fix it, so this doesn't happen again? I don't think it is our bed because we just bought a new one.
