Lightning bolt pain at 4dpo cramps since

So im trying not to get my hopes up, but at 4dpo I had a quick lightning bolt like pain in my cervix region. Since then I've been cramping on and off its not that it's extremely painful its just very uncomfortable. It comes and goes. I wouldn't think much of it but I was pregnant last summer and miscarried at 8 weeks. I had the same symptoms before I missed my period then. The only difference this time is I have like trapped gas/air in my throat that doesn't seem to want to go away. Fingers crossed, but im not gonna let myself get excited til I know for sure.
