Worried about baby size/C-section related

I'm 39+6 today and I had an ultrasound three days ago to check baby's size and positioning since my OB couldn't confirm head down (and not dilated) and my daughter was born 7lbs 15oz two weeks early. This baby doesn't was to come out! Anyway, by Wednesday they confirmed that the averages of all of their measurements taken put him at 10-10.5lbs! The OB did say it's an estimate and it could be off by a pound. She also said that since I'm not diabetic, they don't recommend a C-section right off the bat but it could be a possibility depending on how labor progresses. I'm so worried about his head or shoulder getting stuck. I'm being induced super early Monday morning if he doesn't come on his own before then.

Have you experienced this? How big was your child when they measured big? I've read so many women saying that their measurements were way off etc but when were your measurements taken because mine were taken the week he's due!
