Breast leakage??

I have no clue what’s going on, idk if it’s even possible but I’m 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I just woke up with my shirt wet and a wet spot on the bed and have absolutely no explanation of where it came from, I’m the only one home and in bed, there’s not water bottles on the bed. It almost felt slightly sticky to the touch and didn’t smell like anything. I’m wondering if it’s possible to have leaking from your breasts this early in pregnancy? I’ve read your milk doesn’t come in until after you have the baby so I’m wondering how this would be happening? Or is there another explanation for it?
