Tampons hurt 8 months PP

So I'm 8 almost 9 months postpartum and only had a minor tear with 2 stitches at birth. I have the implant in my arm now (0/10 don't recommend worst mistake ever) and I have bled HEAVILY for 3 months straight, every single day. So ideally I would like to wear tampons so I don't smell and so I don't have to change a pad every 30 minutes because of how much I have been bleeding.

But wearing a tampon hurts so bad now. Like having sex doesn't hurt but wearing any size tampon hurts.

Anyone else this far postpartum not able to wear them anymore either?
