Symptom help

So I’m having some strange symptoms and idk if they are linked for something serious or not, I’ll be calling to ask my doctor again even tho I did already today.

Swelling of feet and ankles along with mild itchiness from the knees down

Severely sore under my right side of the bottom of my rib cage

Was told today my iron levels dropped to anemic levels so idk if those are symptoms of that or now because I have read that they are symptoms of preeclampsia but my doctor said my blood pressure wasn’t concerning even tho it has slowly and steadily risen throughout the pregnancy and has never mentioned anything about my urine
