Period late

Okay I missed my period for about month now I have done multi test all negative, it really getting to me as I had a son who got put up for adoption due to domestic violence with my ex, not with him now so anyway I have the implant but I been feeling sick and get on a off cramps, my sense smell weird e.i I was cooking eggs earlier and I kid you not it smelt like baby poo dont ask i dont know why but that only thing pop in my head when i was cooking, I'm scared to go doctors due to past any advice on how come over come this..
