Help. I need advice

How do you get your S/O to help out. Like mine completely doesn’t do much to help. And getting into my last weeks things like bending down have gotten harder. But he just does not help. Not with dishes, or laundry or taking the dog out. Like I get he works but if this is how it’s going to be when our daughter comes I am legit going to just leave. I love him, but he just doesn’t help.
