upset stomach on day 1 of period?

my period was a lot later than normal this cycle, i’m usually around 28-30 days but this time I was closer to 40 days. my period started out super slow today, which also isn’t super normal. it’s just spotting right now and idk. my stomach is extremely upset as well. it woke me up in the night gurgling super loud. what do I do? my stomach never gets this loud or upset on my period. should i worry?

Honestly same. My cycle came at 43 days and first day started off super slow which was very abnormal for me. I was worried it was implantation bleeding but after a few hours it looked more like a normal flow. I also have been having upset stomach and diarrhea but im assuming its just my period? if it remains spotty it might be implantation bleeding
