Ovarian Cysts

hey ladies!

Have any of you experienced ovarian cysts or cyst ruptures? For about a year now I’ve had a bunch of PCOS like symptoms that I ignored. & now as time has gone on in the passed couple of days I’ve had terrible abdominal pain. Also i had vaginal bleeding a week after my period. So I’m wondering if a cyst ruptured & caused uterine bleeding. I’m in so much pain & it’s causing me to be nauseous, feeling lightheaded. The pain is almost unbearable at times. I have an appt with my GYN but it won’t be for another week cause of covid-19. I do personally believe I have PCOS. But I’m the meantime do y’all ladies have any at home remedies to help with the pain & discomfort??😓
