Laboring for 4 days now and can’t take anymore

I’ve been laboring for 4 days now. Intensity increasing and at many points the contractions don’t release. I have been to the hospital twice in 3 days due to the unbearable pain. Each time they say I’m not dilating, baby is fine, go home. How much more am I supposed to take. I’m 37+2 and this is normal for me to just labor for days with no relief? I’ve tried hydrating, walking, birthing ball, hot shower, bath etc. everything they have told me to do and nothing. I came in today crying in pain. I’m 1/2cm. This is horrible and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
