Ovulation tests

Has anyone tracked ovulation using premom? If so, has anyone gotten pregnant without the digital reader giving you a high number? I’ve had a second line during my predicted ovulation but it was at most 0.69 and it says it should be at 1. When I’m not ovulating the strip would show a barely visible second line and the reader would go down to .13-.2...I’m just wondering if this is possible to get pregnant still and if anyone did?? Please give tips I’m TTC for 5 months now and no luck. Trying to determine if it’s something wrong with me
