My weight is weighing me down
Hi everyone
* I do wants advice but this is definitely a little bit of a ranty post (I’m just a little emotional)
I’ve lost 15 pounds in quarantine so far and I’m really proud of myself for it. My family says they can see a difference, but I don’t really see it. I am planning on losing another 10-15 pounds ( I would weight between 120-125). I’m just feeling really discouraged. I don’t want to damage my metabolism or lose the weight just to gain it back. I’ve always been super self conscious about how I look and I know that this is something I need to do to boost my confidence. I’m going to college in the fall and I just want to get my healthy habits in check before college. People I know tell me I look fine, but I just want to look better I guess. Do you have any advice for getting over the mental roadblock I’m facing? Do you think I should give my body a rest for a few weeks before trying to lose the last couple pounds? Please give me some advice!
