Awesome artichoke recipe!

Alright ladies, here’s a recipe I wanted to share! It’s very simple!

-boil artichoke until soft

-make a sauce with 2/3 mayo 1/3 Dijon mustard (can adjust for desired spiciness)

-dip leaves, scrape off soft part with teeth and enjoy!

My two boys and husband always go rabid when I make this and it’s super easy and a good dose of greens!

PS the heart also goes well with the sauce
