False Positives

So Friday May 15, I got two positive clear blue digital pregnancy tests.

Then today, May 18 I got another positive on another brand test.

But with my last period lasting from April 29-May 2nd and my next period due on April 27th, and just finished ovulation week - it doesn’t add up.

I went to the doctors today and then did a vaginal ultrasound and my womb was empty. And he told me those tests gave me false positives - we’re crushed!

Obviously we’re sad bc we went crazy with ideas for baby #2 and things based on the positive pregnancy tests.

He says to come back June 1st if I don’t get my period. But is there a chance I could be pregnant- like 3 false positives is too crazy ?? Not giving up hope until my next period comes and solidifies it.
