Miscarriage at Week 11

First prenatal checkup for second pregnancy at 11 weeks. Brown discharge occurred 3 days ago (Friday evening). More brown discharge on Saturday so I decided to go to the Emergency for checkup. Was prescribed Duphaston. Took it immediately on Saturday until my gynae’s appointment on Monday (today). Bleeding occurred in the morning while peeing. I knew this was bad news. During ultrasound scan, foetus had stopped growing at 6 weeks. Amniotic sac has shrunk. Cause of contraction is breastfeeding my 22 month old firstborn, which triggered the loss. We are trying again after this cycle.
