Anyone else experience anything like this?

So this month my period was 6 days late.... have all pregnancy symptoms, took some test. 2 were faint positive and few were negative. Went to the doctor and they did blood test but told me the results would take up to a week or so. On Friday I started what I thought was my period but by Saturday morning was very light, by Saturday evening barley anything when I wiped and by Sunday morning completely gone! Still have all the pregnancy symptoms though. Still waiting on doctors to call but nothing and don’t really know if it’s worth buying another test. BTW this is not my first. 3 pregnancy’s so far and 2 children. Possibly a 4th pregnancy back in October but not positive. Any thoughts???
