Peanut butter toast before 1 hour glucose?
I have my 1 hour glucose tomorrow at 8:15am. I was told I don't need to fast. Think it would be okay if I ate a slice or two of peanut butter on whole wheat toast like at 7? I feel like eggs are upsetting my stomach right now. Thankful for any other tips you may have as it's really stressing me out. I don't do well with a lot of sugar (too much sugar at once makes me shaky and my anxiety spike), never have, and now I get to drink a lot of it all at once! Worried about feeling nauseous, anxious, and feeling like crap while we go over my "labor and delivery education session" and birth plan during. I plan on taking a high protein snack for right afterward.
