Do you have to have symptoms to get tested for covid-19?

Someone in the house is showing symptoms and will be getting tested but is not coming back to the home until results come back and now I’m nervous because now what if I have it and I’m pregnant 
I don’t even know if they would even test me since I’m not showing any signs I just have bad headaches but I am pregnant so

You do not need to have symptoms at this point to get tested . At least in LA CA you don’t

Mention it to your OB. Maybe they will have you get tested since you are pregnant. Your doctor would be able to give you the best recommendation. I’m not sure if every place is different on their testing policies.
