No + OPK by CD16?

So my doctor instructed me to call the office if I haven’t gotten a positive OPK by CD16. Today is unfortunately that day and I have to go in on Wednesday to get an ultrasound + labs. Is this going to delay my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> process? :(
