BEWARE ⚠️‼️ DISGUSTING PIC

I’m extremely disgusted and concerned.. this started as a small red rash then grew into this itchy, painful blotch on my thigh. Does anyone have any idea what it is??? Or wtf I can do to get rid of it?? People have been saying ringworm but it honestly doesn’t look like it to me 😭😭 HELPPP
