How do y'all eat healthy when going to fast food places?
I can really only eat out right now due to my current living situation(I don't have access to a refrigerator), so how do you guys eat healthier when getting food from fast food places?
I've always been told that the salads from places like that aren't good for you, so I don't get them.
I try to eat chicken sandwiches instead of beef, and grilled instead of fried. I try not to use dressings, and I'm trying to drink more water or Gatorade if I'm about to go for a run/ coming back from one.
I've also realized that I could omit the bun and just not eat it, so I do that too.
