Anyone taking cyclogest 400mg did you have any of these symptoms

I have had so many miscarriages around about 15 and I have caught pregnant and doctor has told me to.take cyclogest twice a day vaginaly I am having all fingers and toes crossed that this will help me have a successful pregnancy so far so good not sure how far I am as I must ov ovulated late I tested all the way up till my period was due and had a complete negative and then period day I have a very light bleed and then got a postive a couple days after that light bleed strange I know just want to hear some womens storys about being on cyclogest thank you pics below
