PSA: The only thing you should say to a pregnant woman about her body is “you look great” Things people have said to me instead: ✖️Are you sure you’re going to make it to February? ✖️WOW, are you having twins? ✖️You’re starting time look puffy now ✖️You don’t really look pregnant you just look kind of fat ✖️You’re huge ✖️You’re face is still thin but your butt has gotten bigger ✖️You don’t even look pregnant Would you say any of that to your friends? A family member? Or stranger on the street? Probably not. So why does the fact that I have a baby bump give some people the right of passage to say these things? Not sure. Growing a human is hard work. The changes to your body are completely out of control no matter how healthy you eat or how active you are and that can be hard. To all of the future mamas out there, you look amazing✨
