Anyone with thyroid issues please help

Anyone here with thyroid issues? Please help. I just found out on Friday last week that I am expecting. That same day, I had bloodwork done to check my thyroid for an appointment I have on Thursday with an endocrinologist. I called their office Friday morning and left a message explaining I found out I am pregnant. The nurse called me back today and told me she was going to be getting the endocrinologist to check my results asap. An hour or so later I get a call from my family doctor saying the endocrinologist has ordered 25 mcg of levothyroxine for me immediately. I apparently tested positive for TPO antibodies. Of course I googled it and it says women with these antibodies have a significantly higher chance of miscarriage. So of course now I am freaking out. I'm not supposed to start my levothyroxine until tomorrow morning but now I am terrified something is going to happen.
