Teething?

Since the weekend LO has been fussy, extra sleepy but hard to get to sleep, and waking up more at night (it's always one step forward one step back with her). Her head felt hot but no fever (it was a little high like 99-100 but no higher). On Saturday I swear I saw her tooth erupt but the next day I couldn't see it. My daycare provider said the gums can swell over it again and I found other people saying that online too. She's normally such a happy calm baby so it's weird that she's so grumpy all the time! Anyone else have teething symptoms like that? I just worry because anything abnormal I'm like 👀 miss rona?
