I need help ladies

I thought I’d ask for help here since no drs here are open due to cov19. So my issue here is my period. I got my first period last month or so ago since having bub in December , I’d say 2 months maybe. And I’ve already had THREE 👏🏼 FUCKING👏🏼 PERIODS👏🏼!! They go for the usual 5-7 days and I’ll have a week or week and a half break and boom, the next and the next. Each one getting heavier than the last like wtf! I just started bleeding AGAIN after having a full blown period last week, and guys, I went through a pad in 20 mins. Like soaked! Then I thought I’ll try a tampon.. that soaked in 15 mins! I can’t even call a dr let alone see the hospital because I have children that nobody can watch over and the policy is strictly nobody under the age of 26 can be with you due to covid, and if they were, they’d have to be a patient. So I’m fucked. I don’t know what to do and the pain is like having 5 cramps at the same time. Almost like contraction pains. Over this shit! Anyone else go through this?
