IUD strings longer than normal

Should I be concerned if my strings are almost poking out of my body. I’ve never experienced this with my first one. I’ve had this one since January. My husband said they were tucked up last night when he checked and today I checked myself because I could feel it without using my fingers. they are super long and almost sticking out. Also my cervix is high enough I can almost not reach it.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Is the iud expelling?
