I’m freaking out and need advice

So I have a friends with benefits relationship with guy and we’ve only hooked up on three occasions. Once was before quarantine sometime in the middle of March and we used a condom. The last two times was on the 25th and 27th of April but we didn’t use a condom because we did anal. I’m low key freaking out because my period is two days late and sometimes when I pee it tingles down there for a bit and I don’t know if it’s an early sign of pregnancy or not and I’m literally thinking of worst case scenarios. I just really hope that I’m overthinking everything
