Working out

So I know I need to ask my doctor but wanted some of your opinions as well. I work out about 5 days a week. Usually I do about 3 days of HIIT and 2 days of light cardio and strength training. I’ve been laying off of working out so much the past few weeks because I’ve been so tired and nauseous but now it’s taking a toll on how I feel about myself and my body. I know I should lay off HIIT but I’m thinking about doing some at home kickboxing videos. I wouldn’t be hitting a bag or anything but I want to eliminate the whole high intensity cardio and jumping exercises. What do you all think ??? W
