No, you’re absolutely fine. Search preeclampsia or high blood pressure on here & you’ll see what real hypertension is or when it’s not good. 
Whoever is answering that it is too high is trolling.

I had preeclampsia with blood pressure like that but like another said I normally have low blood pressure over 110 over 63 so that was much higher for me I had preeclampsia and had to go for a emergency c section one again this pregnancy blood pressure is high and protein in 24 hour urine is already indicating preeclampsia and my blood pressure was only 135 over 86

It depends on what is high for you. I go regularly to a cardiologist for tachycardia and 138/85 was mine and they told me that was way too high (I was not pregnant though).

Mine has been high my whole pregnancy. Around 140/94 with baby aspirin since week 12. Since mine has been consistent and not increasing my dr. Isn’t concerned. She said if it gets to around 160 she will put me on medications. I’ve had no other signs of preeclampsia

It’s high but it’s not alarming. You can’t diagnose high BP on one reading. Drink some water and relax and try again in 30 minutes.

I had preeclampsia with my first two babies, so my doctor gave me these guidelines for this round. If EITHER number is over, it matters. You’re close on the “keep checking it and call the doctor to let us know.” 
140+/90+ keep checking and call
160+/110+ call and come in immediately

The top number is a little high. My normal blood pressure is 115/70 (ish) and mine got up to 138/87 and I messaged the nurse at my dr and she told me to only message them if it was 140/90. Anyways like the next day my blood pressure was 145/116 and i had to go to triage and get monitored and they found protein in my urine. I would call your dr if that’s high for you!

I usually have really low blood pressure, so if mine was that high it would probably be an emergency. It just depends on what normal is for you, but that is technically considered high for "normal". I would call and ask if you needed to get checked out. Better safe than sorry.
