Severe pain

So recently I’ve been getting a severe pain that comes in my sternum area and ribs and it’s the worst pain I’ve felt in my entire life. I’ll start getting super hot, then the pain comes, and it will last 5-10 minutes and then go away and after it’s gone I’m totally fine. My ob chalked it up to heart burn but I have had heart burn before with my first pregnancy and this is not it. It hurts so bad I am crying my eyes out and vomiting from the pain. Does anyone have any idea what this is.
