Pregnancy Symptoms Vary With Each Child?

I had a question for mothers who already have children and are TTC.  I have two kids already, 11 and 8, so as you can imagine it’s been awhile since I was pregnant.  For both of those kids (they share the same dad), my sense of smell and nausea was so bad for my first child that I thought I had a stomach bug.  By the second kid, same symptoms which let me know I was pregnant. 
Fast forward to 8 years later, and now I’m with someone new and we are TTC.  Have any women experienced different symptoms with different pregnancies, whether with the same partner or not?

Yes, first kid I just wanted to eat nonstop. This time I was nauseous, loss of appetite, tired, and have sore breast.

I have, with my first kid who is 11 I was with her dad at the time, I had so many cravings of sweet stuff and always hungry, also mild nausea. With my current pregnancy 🤰 with my now husband I have had constipation, diarrhea, light vomit, metal like taste in my mouth, allot of gas, round pain, increased vaginal discharge, diabetes, very mild cravings, and sleepiness. Lol when I didn’t know I was pregnant I felt so so sleepy that a couple of times I told my husband we were going out and I ended up falling asleep lol. I thought It was my age and that’s why I was so tired, but here we are :)
