Can you get pregnant with no CM?

This month I tracked my bbt and I did OPKS they both had the same ovulation date. However, I didn’t notice any CM. I was very wet when I had sex but I know that’s not the same as CM. Is it possible to conceive without CM?

Answer

I don’t really have much CM normally and I don’t notice any kind of change with that during ovulation. I’m on my second baby right now so you can definitely get pregnant. The CM just helps the sperm move so if you find yourself having troubles getting pregnant maybe try preceed, but for me I got pregnant fast each time so it didn’t seem to hurt my chances.
