It really depends on what your baseline BP is, like that would be high for me considering my baseline BP is much lower than “average”

Normal is around 120/80. High is 140/90 or above. But it also depends what your baseline is.

I think the arrow at the side where the colours are indicates if it's high or not. So you're in the middle, best to keep an eye on it but not concerning at the moment :)
