Ok, so I just found out this is not recommended. I literally have taken it every single night and I’m 17.6! It just never occurred to me at al that it was an issue. I can’t remember if I took it w my last pregnancy bc I generally didn’t have trouble sleeping until my son was born. I get that al the research is inconclusive and I will phone my doc about it and see what she says as well. I do not like taking other sleep aids bc they make me so groggy all day so if I have to cut this out I honestly don’t know how I’m gonna sleep. Has anyone taken melatonin while pregnant and all was ok?
