28 weeks pelvic pain and pressure 3rd baby

So I am going to make an appointment for a walk in for obgyn tomorrow morning but all night I have alot alot of pelvic pain and pressure on my right side of my vaginal area its very swollen sorry to be TMI and I have varicose veins that are swollen. My lower back was hurting and hurts to walk this is my 3rd pregnancy and I have had two c sections before I will have a 3rd at 39 weeks. Has anyone else gone through this never had this with my previous pregnancies.
