I am freaking out

So yesterday was my first prenatal appointment they game me an ultrasound Pap smear all the good stuff my baby has a strong heartbeat and was even wiggling in ultrasound...

I decide to check the summary of my visit this morning on health portal and it says pregnancy with inconclusive fetal visibility, single or unspecified fetus.........

What the heck does this mean I’m sooo worried now.... because to me inconclusive visibility means no heartbeat no baby when clearly I heard and seen the baby actively moving and heart is pumping ....

Someone please help me put at ease before I call this doctor office and freak out
