What can I do difference next month after chemical

Question

Well, ima go ahead and start day drinking. I started bleeding after 5 days of no progression....
I kinda knew deep down this was going to happen. 
What could have caused this? 
This is my first uterine pregnancy or almost pregnancy 
I had an ectopic in December and lost my tube 
Any advice is welcome
