Would ultrasound pick up if something was wrong with baby?

I’m 31 weeks and all of a sudden am terrified that something is wrong and I just don’t know.

Ultrasound would have picked this up right?

I think the reason I’m worried is that since my anatomy scan baby won’t let us see his face, always hiding. It has me worried that he has cleft lip (I know this wouldn’t be the worst thing) or that something is wrong or something and we just haven’t seen it.

Surely they managed to see his face at the anatomy scan or else I would have had to come back right? Did they for sure look at all his limbs and everything?

I just had an ultrasound but the tech said he’s super low and facing my back.

I’m seriously having nightmares he’s going to come out with some serious issue! Am I being crazy?
