Potty training update?
We've been potty training since Sunday! How exciting. It's amazing to see how our toddler quickly learned to pee and poop in the potty, learned the sign for potty, etc. I know we are early, but I'd love to hear any other experiences.
It's too early to be worried about this, I suppose, but one thing is that while she will go if we put her on the potty, she will also pee when she's not on the potty. Wet panties don't seem to slow her down a bit. She doesn't seem to show any signs of realizing she is going on or off the potty with body language, but she must know because she so consistently goes to the bathroom on the potty.
Also, it looks like at this point, pottying every 15 minutes is what is needed. Is this normal?
We have been taking her to the potty with pull ups since Sunday and today is her first day just in panties. So it's too soon to be worried about anything, but I'd love words of wisdom from anyone who has done this before!
And if you don't agree with this age for potty training, please don't reply. :)
